Hey there,

You’ve probably been hearing a lot about my articles on the Internet these days, there are tons of people visiting my blog it’s a little weird… I’m just a normal guy… who likes to spend my time training and doing active things with friends… and I will say this… all these people visiting my blog is trippin me out…

Like when I log onto my Facebook, there is always a ton of messages from people I have no clue about but comment on how much they like my articles and how they tell all their friends about it.

It’s really crazy, every single person I meet up with now talks about fitness and my blog. My story spread like wildfire online through a couple of videos I put up that showed how I trained for fat loss, nutrition, and getting lean AND strong. I think it was the fact that I was an average guy getting abnormal results that intrigued people.

It’s not like I have a body builder’s physique or have the holy secrets of fat loss, there are plenty of other trainers out there with better bodies and know a hell of a lot more about training then me. Lot’s of them are 10x more successful than me.

What I think caused all this extra crazy attention is that I was just an average guy who liked working out…like everyone else…who wanted to see results like everyone else…and found some real answers to the fitness puzzle, without having to give up the things I loved to do…spend ridiculous amount of time in the gym…or go on crazy diet binges all the time. I was already into working out and wanted to take it to the next level to see results and this is what I did…I trained effectively, learned to eat smarter, became passionate about the lifestyle and enjoyed my results doing the things I loved.

And yes… it’s true… awhile ago I was just an average guy…

I liked to party… thought I knew how to workout…

and just couldn’t get any real, lasting results…

I admit it… I was a “wanna be” fit guy…

And even today, I’m nowhere close to being perfect. I’m pretty different than most personal trainers out there. My language isn’t always proper…I cuss like a sailor, I don’t live and kill to train for 5 hours a day, I’m still lazy and like laying on the couch sometimes, and I hate corporate gyms including the douche bags in them.

But… I don’t want to just talk about me. I want to talk to you about the mistakes most people who like to workout are making and what you can do to make sure you are successful in living the fit lifestyle…without spending countless wasted hours in the gym…but before I say another word, I want to make sure I do this…

Ok back to what I was talking about…

The sad truth is that most people that go to the gym never see the results they really want… and to make things worse only a few make even moderate gains . . . they never learn the vital nutrition education they absolutely need, workout programming doesn’t exist for them, boredom quickly takes over, and they end up doing everything they think is right but is usually everything wrong.

They are completely missing out on the things that really help you to be successful in reaching your goals and miss out on enjoying the results and living a fulfilling fit life . . . I did the same thing for a long time when I used to work out . . .

After spending 5 years trying to achieve some serious results in the gym, spending some serious cash that I really didn’t have on supplements and the ridiculous amount of time and effort working out without any real lasting success, was taking a toll on me. It was tearing down my spirit and my body. I had completely burned out trying to just improve myself like everybody else and because of the tunnel with no light at the end I was in, I thought that I should just completely give up . . .

But what came out of this was absolutely the best thing that could have ever happened to me . . .

I quickly came to the reality that most individuals are on a trial and error process in their steps towards fitness success. It’s a lot of guesswork that eventually will lead to burnout and no results.

Definitely something I wanted to get myself out of.

It wasn’t until I “woke up” from this sad realization did I start seeing my biggest gains in the gym without wasting my most valuable time… I don’t know about you… but for me this was what I always wanted.

I realized I was going to have to look all over for effective training and nutrition methods if I wanted to be successful in achieving real results and enjoy a fit lifestyle. I’d have to look at what was working and not working for other trainers out there and find one that worked for me. One that produced real results without a rollercoaster journey of guessing and sifting through all the bullshit.

I actually risked my job and became a personal trainer because I knew that this was the only way for me. It was a “cannon ball jump into the pool approach”… meaning if I couldn’t figure it out I would go broke and end up living with my parents again, looking for a dead end job, despite having a college education.

I felt like my back was on the wall and I had one way out…

But I had to do this and make a change if I wanted to achieve the things I set out to do in life and finally get a chance to live the fit lifestyle I felt so passionately about…So I took a chance and threw myself out there to find a mentor, learn everything fitness, learn everything nutrition, study athletic performance, fat loss techniques, hardcore training, mental toughness, goal setting and everything related in this field.

On top of this I spent nearly 3 hours a day studying this material in and out. After I got home from my full time job I would spend the am hours reading and watching seminar footage, sleep for 3-4 hours than go back to my day job.

And then came the trial and error process with training clients for free and testing training/nutrition methods out on myself…

But it was all worth it…After my “cannon ball jump into the pool approach” I discovered exactly what it would take to achieve real results without wasting my time so that I would finally be able to enjoy my results by indulging in the fit lifestyle…And the good news for you is you don’t have to spend thousands of dollars or endless hours researching…I did all the grunt work for you…And I will teach you exactly what to do…

Let me Layout the blueprint of what happened:

1. I had trained and worked out for nearly 5 years hoping to see incredible results.

2. I had no real idea on how to workout or what to eat.

3. I followed some magazine articles and what my friends were doing which involved supplements. I see some good results!

4. Soon I am following a bodybuilder split (like what everyone else is doing) and trying more supplements, I can feel myself going into a brick wall and hitting a plateau.

5. I officially get burnt out. Supplements are only offering short term results and fade away without the right nutrition, which I’m unaware of, working out is getting boring without any results and I am for the first time facing injuries. Working out fu*kin sucked…

6. After deciding that I truly deserved some real results for how hard I have worked for the last 5 years I throw out everything I know about working out and start from scratch.

7. After a ton of research and finding a mentor I make the discoveries that change everything about the way I train and eat.

8. I discover that training and changing lives is my passion!

9. I started making ridiculous gains along with helping others achieve change their lives through fitness as a trainer… in a short amount of time…that leads to me writing about the fit lifestyle…and now thousands of people visit my blog so that they can live and enjoy a fulfilling fit lifestyle too.

10. My results keep coming and I continually learn newer and better ways to train…all while helping other people get their own results…and what’s really cool is that I am making great money doing this…

Today I spend my time, helping people take the guesswork out of training and achieve results, mountain biking/running/skiing/and playing sports in the Pacific Northwest, writing a blog so thousands can come to a place where training is a lifestyle, reading books, and enjoying my results living a fit lifestyle.
